Hydration

Do you know 60% of the human body is water and it plays an important role in different parts of the body?

Brain function: our brains are made up of 80% water. drink enough water to improve concentration, cognition, and memory function and to help you deal with stress and balance your mood and emotions

Digestion: starting with saliva, water is responsible for a lot of digestion that our body does. Enzymes in the saliva break down food and liquid so the nutrients are absorbed. The body excretes waste via sweat, urine, and feces and water is the vehicle used to remove this waste

Skin: Water flushes impurities (skin is also a detox organ) and helps moisturize the skin as well as increasing its elasticity

It all depends on your environment, weight, age, and level of activity
The color of your urine will indicate if you are dehydrated,  the darker the yellow means the more likely you are dehydrated
The average for men is 2.6L and for women is 2.1L per day
Note: vitamin and multivitamins may change the color of your urine, making it bright yellow or discolored
